The general principles of Law in the Cuban legal ideology during the period 1959-1992
Abstract
This article develops the essential aspects that characterized the reflection on the general principles of Rights in the Cuban legal ideology between the years 1959-1992. In this sense, the impacts of the reception of the Soviet socialist theory of Law in the Cuban doctrine of the time are specified. The conceptions related to the theory of the sources of Law and the theory of the legal norm are characterized, this as a presupposition for the analysis of the politicized and ideologized vision that was defended on the principles in the selected period of time.
