The companies’ administration in the first spanish Commercial Code
Abstract
How to administer the company is a key part of the partnership contract. This article analyzes clauses of partnership, laws and sentences after codification phenomenon in Europe and especially after commercial codification, i.e. Commercial Code of France, Spain, Germany… This paper goes through different forms of partnership, studying both collective and singular management. Moreover, this article considers more aspects of partnership management such as: controlling, the balance sheet, how to take social decisions and accountability of administrators.
