Notes for spanish legal historiography. A deserted post of professor of Legal History at the University of Zaragoza (1998-2017)
Abstract
These «Notes» want to be a contribution to the most recent Spanish legal historiography. In the last years different authors have approached the study of public competitive examinations to our discipline’s chairs posts. I am dealing here with a public contest held in two phases at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zaragoza, in 2011 and 2017, and I present the uniqueness of the different application of the evaluation criteria by the respective selection committees to qualify the merits of the same contestant.Downloads
