Suicide in modern court practice
Abstract
The paper analyzes, in a criminal process from the late sixteenth century, the alterations that experiments the theory of suicide as a crime –elaborated by jurists and theologians during the Modern Age— in the judicial practice, particularly with respect to its causes, evidences and punishments.Downloads
