Classical Roots and crisis of Natural law inside of the Canon law in Renaissance and in Modernity
Abstract
Change the rational natural law constituted by the jurists that followed the tenets of Luther with respect to the tradition of the ratio in the classical canon law is presented , and reflects on what can bring today canon law in a cultural context in with often worships the primacy of subjectivity.
