The supression of ownership and use of weapons prohibited in Castilla pre-Coding Criminal
Abstract
From the thirteenth century, we find in the Spanish territorial legislation a broad range of provisions intended to limit the possession and use of weapons. This shows that the issue became one of the main objectives of public authority concerned erected guarantor of security within a class society. However the latter, not all subjects had prohibited the possession and use of certain weapons, but, depending on personal or professional, some were allowed to handle them. On the other hand, judges who would show especially diligent against those who violated the pertaining laws on the manufacture, introduction, possession and use of prohibited weapons, to impose legal penalties were required, which caused endless jurisdictional disputes, especially between the ordinary and the military. Finally, the penalties imposed on the perpetrators of this crime and could lead to death and confiscation of all assets are analyzed.Downloads
