From just law and its application according to the doctrine of the sixteenth and seventeenth
Abstract
In this paper the complex picture of the administration of justice in Spain is analyzed through the works of great jurists of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries who highlighted the endemic problem of a countless number of existing laws and the confusion by endless doctrinal interpretations. These features had a bearing on the interpretation of the law and ended up blurring the whole judicial process.Downloads
