Two notes on the local and territorial law in Spanish Middle Ages
Abstract
The paper is organised in two distinct parts. The first one sets an interpretation of some aspects of the semi-extense fuero or inmunity jurisdiction of Zamora, focusing the legal sources as well as the institutional level, with special emphasis on the municipal organization. The second part tries to present an outline of the so-called Aramayona fuero; a hitherto unpublished fuero, which covered a wide area and had a very characteristic territorial projection.Downloads
