Abstract
In this paper I will study the indigenous or native component of Indianous Law, regarded as one of the main elements of it. This study aims to analyze the explanations and references containing about this law in Professor Alfonso García-Gallo’s general expositions, articles and monographies, as well as from other legal historians, both Spanish and Latin-American, approximately until the 1970’s decade.Downloads
