Mobbing: ¿un problema de perfiles psicológicos o un problema de organización del trabajo? Dos estudios de caso
Abstract
At the moment in Spain, two readings of mobbing coexist. The first one situates the psychopathological profile of the pursuer as main factor of harassment. The second one conceptualizes mobbing as a problem of work organization. Trough two case studies we contrast the explanatory capacity of each of these models, and we conclude that although they contribute towards explaining the cases, both of them leave some basic aspects without explanation, therefore, it would be necessary the elaboration of a new theoretical model with greater explanatory power.Downloads
