Segmentación de los mercados de trabajo y relaciones laborales. El sindicalismo ante la acción colectiva
Abstract
Changes in the organizational models and changes of management styles, with the spread of processes of outsourcing and differentiated treatment among workers, have sharpened the segmentation of the labour markets. The ‘Survey of Quality of Working Life’, of the Ministry of Labour, allow us to recognize this fragmentation in employment conditions. Labour markets segmentation acquires increased consistency, first, since it discriminates with regards to workers’ personal, family and social situations; and second, since it gives rise to different kind of interests, values, expectations, attitudes and behaviours between labour segments. Labour market segmentation helps us to explain why the individual relationships and especially the microcorporative action acquire a greater space in the social employment relations. Trade unions must confront with this panorama; but they can also find these trends in their inside.Downloads
