Abstract
.- The analysis of remains from the fullonica and tinctoria of Barcino represents a substantial ad vance in the research about plant uses for textile production in Roman Hispania. The most significant finds are ashes, fermented urine and lavender for the laundry, and of vegetal and mineral blue, iron oxides, lime and alum for the dyeing work.Downloads
