EXPERIENCIAS, POLÍTICAS, FORMAS DE REPRESENTACIÓN Tres ámbitos de la historia del trabajo del siglo xx

Resumen

Las transformaciones que han tenido lugar en las últimas décadas del siglo xx invitan al análisis de la historia del trabajo, a reestudiarla desde tres puntos de vista.En la experiencia laboral se mezclan aspectos técnicos, personales y sociales que se inscriben en lógicas sociales colectivas diferentes con las que sólo coinciden parcialmente. Organizaciones y colectivos se redefinen una y otra vez, desde el punto de vista de las organizaciones formales, las redes implícitas, el presente inme-diato y las carreras profesionales, el trabajo reconocido y las actividades ignoradas, la jornada de trabajo y el ocio tras el trabajo.En la dimensión política se traslada lo anterior a la vida pública. Su contenido y su perímetro varían según las épocas. La acción del Estado entra en declive a diferentes niveles y sus organismos se encuentran con diversos representantes del mundo del trabajo. En el seno de esas interferencias los conflictos son los momen-tos par excellence de puesta en cuestión y recomposición de las configuraciones sociales y de su puesta en perspectiva política.Por último, merece la pena que dediquemos nuestro interés a las diversas for-mas de representación en el trabajo, tanto a las palabras como a las películas. Las actividades, los personajes, los roles sociales, las cualidades o los juicios de valor, es decir, los problemas representados varían a su propio ritmo. Las concordancias discordancias con las formas de evolución eficaces reflejan con viveza el lugar asignado al trabajo en los imaginarios sociales.

for labor history in the twentieth century»
The transformations occurred in the last decades of the XX century invite to study
or re-study the history of work, from three points of view.
The experiment of work combines personal, technical and social aspects, and
falls under different collective logics which meet partly. The organizations and the
collectives are unceasingly redefined, since the formal organizations until the implicit
networks, in the immediate present as in the long time of the professional paths,
of the work recognized with the ignored activities, work with except work.
The political dimension of work puts this one to the test public life. It varies in its
contents or its perimeter according to the times. The action of the State is declined at
various levels and its organizations meet various representatives of the work world.
In these interferences, the conflicts are par excellence moments of setting in question
and recombining of the social configurations and their setting in political prospect.
Lastly, the representations of work draw an attention specific to their various
forms, since the words to films. The activities, the characters, the social roles, qualities
or the value judgments, finally the problems represented vary according to clean
rates/rhythms. The agreements or the discordances with the effective evolutions translate
with force the place assigned with work in the imaginary social ones.
