Abstract

This article is an approach to the development of resistance and tradeunionism renewal. In order to do this we have carried out a case study of four Telepizza templates through fieldwork, observation and interviews. We have several objectives. First, to identify the dialectical relationship between control and individual and collective resistances that workers carry out throughout the production process. Second, to show the possibilities and obstacles to collective organization. At this point we are going to study the first Telepizza state strike in 2019. In conclusion we will highlight the importance of the union section's policy to understand the success of 2019 strike. Bureaucratization of union leaderships will be one of the main obstacles that workers will have to face within their own class organizations.
