Abstract
Corporate hegemony and pedagogical mediations within workplaces
In this article we analyze the devices used in a steel corporation and also in Oil Company, as a way of consolidating hegemonic practices. Specifically, we go deep into corporate strategies that, articulated systematically within corporate systems, take place in the day-to-day labor to transmit the corporate principles. As a result, we emphasize on the transposition process of official corporate meanings and in the agents and agencies that make them possible. This process is supported on the pedagogical mediations that become central in the consolidation of corporate he-gemony. Problematizing on the hegemonic corporate processes and their consoli-dation implies a complex analytical effort which allows illuminating the web of technical/productive relationships and also the cultural politics which make viable the principles that define the corporate environment.
