Abstract
Cantiga of Santa María nº 63 has a special interest, because it has arrived to us in multiple versions, in addition to the Galicien Portuguese version: the Latin of Fray Juan Gil de Zamora and the Castilian contained in the second part of the Primera Crónica General, written up under Sancho IV, who was as well translated to Galicien. One will consider one of the French versions as well, of between many that circulated in the Middle Ages. The comparison between all these versions will allow to verify how these adaptations were made and how the textual context and the cultural scope in which they were made explain its differentials characteristics.Downloads
