Abstract
The mandate that the 129.2 article of the Constitution directs to the public authorities to promote, by appropriate legislation, cooperative societies, it is executed, on the one hand, through regulation decentralized by the autonomous communities and on the other hand, by the State, producing a legislative inflation lack of coherence and homogeneity, to become an obstacle to the development of the cooperative. In this paper we advocate the harmonization and alignment of the legislative framework affecting the cooperative societies in accordance with international trends, for their promotion.Downloads
