Abstract

The social entrepreneur is an agent of change that helps mitigate the effects of unemployment and social exclusion of certain groups through the creation of companies whose primary aim is the inclusion of disadvantaged socio. Although its importance and interest is undeniable, in the economic literature there is no clear and explicit recognition of social entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurial figure. An entrepreneur who created the business by calling for social needs and where viability is essential for business continuity. This paper makes an approach to the characterization of the profile of social entrepreneurship and social businesses created by entrepreneurs in their role as labor integration, through an empirical study based on the Delphi analysis methodology.
