Abstract

In the past few years cases of false or ungrounded lawsuits dealing with sexual abuse have increased in number, especially in minors. These lawsuits are due to several causes. This must be insisted upon because of its importance to the psychological diagnosis. It is therefore essential to rely on the suitability of the medical appraiser according to his/her formation, capabilities and experience.
