Abstract

After studying in detail the right to conscientious objection and its importance in the health care field, the authors analyze the configuration of this right by the Constitutional Tribunal in relation to abortion. They then analyze its regulation included in some provincial laws, and essentially in Law 2/2010 about sexual and reproductive health, in which several interpretation gaps stand out regarding its use by health professionals.
