Two Drivers with Less Visual Acuity than the Required by the General Motor Vehicle Regulation

Abstract

The entering into effect of the «Agreement between Spain and Romania about reciprocal recognition of driving licences for Spaniards and Romanians», implies a General Regulation for Drivers which expresses the «obligation to obtain previous administrative authorization to drive». In both cases studied we found that the cause visual examination was the necessity to pass vision test to obtain a medical and psychotecnical certificate, findings were below the required minimum and that driving under these circumstances is dangerous for themselves and for othe
