Abstract

The world-wide Organization of the Health (WHO) estimates  that one of each six ill workers by maltreatment in the labor field. One of the risks to which are subjected the workers in the exert of his daily activity is consequence of the interaction with other people, which can derive in aggressive behaviors or of submission or maltreatment. It does not treat of isolated facts that become some time in a hospitable centre, but something that repeats with too much frequency in Urgencies and in Centers of Primary Attention. In Spain, the need of scientific investigation is very important for being, an emergent problem and very worrisome, since the alarm that generates is extraordinary.
