La lucha contra la trata de personas en Brasil: desafíos para la cooperación hispano-brasileña
Abstract
The present report analyse the diverse strategies that are focus in the fighting of human trafficking, especially women traffic between Brazil and Spain. The lack of processes relates with prevention, responsibility and victim’s attention represent one of the most important challenges of the Brazilian – Spaniard cooperation framework. Among others, it is possible to identify two of the main aspects that currently are not taking in consideration on this cooperation framework. To begging with, it is necessary to implement victim’s attention procedures included in the Brazilian’s National Plan of Human Trafficking. On the other hand, and following this idea, it is also necessary to include procedures of victim’s attentions into the Spanish Human Trafficking National Plan, which is in the very last phase of elaboration.
