Donaciones y créditos concesionales: impacto en el desarrollo

Resumen
Este trabajo pretende aportar luz al debate sobre el impacto diferencial de las donaciones y los créditos de ayuda en el desarrollo. Para ello se repasa el debate sobre la racionalidad económica de los créditos (comerciales y concesionales) frente a las donaciones, y se exponen los factores de otra índole que explican la rápida evolución de la AOD hacia el componente de donación y se plantea un estudio de caso sobre el impacto diferencial de las donaciones y los créditos de AOD en América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) en el periodo 1992-2007.
