La cooperación española en Ecuador
Abstract
The article summarizes the spanish development co-operation in Ecuador over the last 15 years. Setting an economic, social and political framework, the author takes a stock of the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation activities and the role of Decentralized Co-operation and NGO support in the wide variety of projects implemented in this country.
