La cooperación española en las evaluaciones del CAD
Abstract
Spain became a member of the Development Aid Committee (DAC) in 1991. The DAC has carried out three Development Cooperation Reviews in 1994, 1998 and 2002 where it lays out the main strenghts and weaknesses of the spanish aid. The article focuses on the trajectory of the spanish co-operation since the first DAC Review and tries to shed some light on whether its main recomendations have been adopted by the spanish aid officials.
