Nuevas perspectivas para la política de cooperación al desarrollo
Abstract
The article summarizes the challenges that the current spanish development policy should face in order to consolidate the wide expectations brought about by the International Development Cooperation Law, passed on June 18 1998 by the Congress of Deputies. With a majority government, the Popular Party has led the development policy to a deadlock that could jeopardize the guiding principles of the International Development Cooperation Law.
