La comunicación para el desarrollo: concepto y problemas de aplicación en la cooperación española
Abstract
This article presents and specifies a concept of communication for participative development and social transformation that results highly valuable for the scope of the spanish cooperation, which however ignores this concept not taking advantage of it due to a communication problem not solved yet. The present panorama of those communicative difficulties for the actors of the cooperation, the importance of the new technologies, the persistent confusion between information and communication, and the role of conventional media in the development processes complete the content of this paper.
