Realidades y limitaciones de los medios de comunicación africanos
Abstract
In this article the authoress analyzes the realities and limitations of african media. From Windhoek Declaration, the article brings out the lack of access to media and their manipulation by public authorities so to stablish afterwards the differential factors of african media, as a result of the lack of resources and of their own evolution. Finally, it presents some of the initiatives that have been possible due to international cooperation.
