Abstract
Reactions against the neoliberal globalization born from the “New International Order” after the Cold War end and communication advances lead to the Global Call Against Poverty and other civic movements. In Spain, CONGDE’s Poverty Zero Campaign and the Spanish Alliance against Poverty join the GCAP with great success in the spanish society.
