Las estrategias internacionales de cooperación para el desarrollo de África: ¿alguna novedad?
Abstract
The present article analyzes and evaluates different collaboration activities developed in Sub-Saharan Africa since the Cold War era —guide by geopolitical interests— untill to the most recent International Conferences on African Development. The results of the structural adjustment plans implemented during the 80´s and the initiatives rised in this region in relation to the Millennium Development Goals are also reviewed as determining factors of the social, economic and political sustainability of the area.
