España constructor de paz: apuntes para una estrategia española de construcción de la paz
Abstract
The current Master Plan of the Spanish Co-operation 2005-2008 identifies Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention (PB-CP) as a thematic strategy. The present challenge - once approved the strategy - will be to deepen, implement and spread this strategy with the goal of making Spain an active peacebuilding actor, both at a national as well as at an international level. Within this framework, the Document of Thematic Strategy – still in a preliminary phase – names internal coherence among Spanish actors, the incorporation of Spain into the international PB-CP community, and the strengthening of Spanish capacities in this area.
