Argentina-Haití: el desafío de la cooperación sur-sur y la promoción del desarrollo
Abstract
The main objective of this paper is to relate the experience of Argentina and Latin American cooperation in promoting development in Haiti with the goal of approaching to a general understanding the guidelines of South-South Cooperation. As a staring point, we analyze the characteristics and principal areas of the Latin American cooperation in Haiti from 2004 to 2010. Below, there is a description of the performance of Argentina, changes and continuities in the cooperation priorities and the different stages. Finally, we identified a number of challenges and opportunities for future initiatives.
