La cooperación sur-sur entre Argentina y África en el contexto de sus relaciones históricas
Abstract
South-South cooperation has recently become an elusive concept, being used with diverse meanings and objectives. This is the reason why I will devote myself to clarify the concept and its contents, for afterwards refer to it in a particular context: Argentina’s Foreign Policy and its relations with the African countries since their inception in the international system.
