Abstract
South-South cooperation (SSC) has become a key issue in the dynamics of the international development cooperation regime. Its debate has practical and substantive dimensions that are relevant at both the political and managerial level. Criteria like morphology, relational structures, southern identity, normative and functionality of SSC are taken here into account to analyze the case of Argentina.
