El andamiaje jurídico e institucional de la Ley de Cooperación Internacional para el desarrollo de México
Abstract
One of the Constitutional principles of Mexican foreign policy is international cooperation for development. This essay includes review of the Lay on this issue, from the beginning of the proposal to the last deliberations, up to its approval. The paper also reviews the content of the Law and the institutional instruments created by it, as well as those original elements removed from the original version during legislative process. The essay also analyses the perspectives on the frame of the application of the latter Law.
