Abstract
The entry into force of FONPRODE represents an opportunity to give greater strategic projection to Spanish financial cooperation. In this context, the debate on methodologies for assessing the development impact of concessional financial operations plays a key role. As well as institutional arrangements that could start local production systems to channel resources towards fight against poverty.
