Governance and means of autonomous labor dispute settlement. The Spanish experience
Abstract
The contribution of social dialogue to improvement of governance has a broad experience in the out-of-court settlement of labor disputes in Spain. The article addresses the advantages of conflict management by its own protagonists, which has created in Spain a culture of negotiated solutions to labour conflict whose direct effect has been the reduction of labor dispute and of lost working hours due to strike.
