Family environment and childhood rights
Abstract
This article is a reflection about the role of the family as a protective environment for the development and the well-being of children, through the exercise of positive parenting. And the obligation and duty of the public authorities, together with civil society and NGO to help parents/mothers, to improve the quality of family life and ensure respect for the rights of the child and its implementation.
