Abstract
On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child by the General Assembly of the United Nations, this article aims to present some questions regarding the trajectory of the Committee on the Rights of the Child. A thorough analysis of the work of the Committee during these years reveals his interest to achieve sustained educational measures and a constructive dialogue, open and participatory, with States Parties, for not only a better understanding of the obligations that arise from the international standards, but also a global commitment for the rights of the Child.
