The impact of the incoherence of policies in the global agenda of the development. Second half of the 2014
Abstract
Facing the end of 2014, this article summarizes the most important events on the global agenda for development in the second half of this year. The paper analyzes both the causes as well as their most representative effects of this agenda during this period. It is argued that deficit policy coherence by various international actors is the main explanation of the lower capacity of international development cooperation to achieve their respective aims, to improve a global environment with higher levels of welfare and equity.
