The Union of South American Nations (UNASUR) in the race for regional integration in Latin America
Abstract
In recent years, Latin America has experienced a renewed impulse in their integration processes. Scenario in which UNASUR has the possibility to position itself as the new engine of these Latin American integration processes. This article attempts to evidence the disputes related to the construction of Latin American regional integration, within the framework of South-South Cooperation and the current crisis of capitalism.
