The (contrasting) development agenda, second half of 2015. Between humanitarian crises and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
Abstract
While from January to October 2015 progress the international development agenda registered achievement (such as the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda), simultaneously ancient global challenges continued to be at stake, due to the unwillingness of key international actors to address them. This article analyzes in a balanced way the progress and limitations of the contrasting development agenda during this period.
