Can the current decaying Spanish cooperation be reshaped? DAC says a complete redefinition of the Spanish Development Aid is needed
Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the diagnostic given by the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the OECD on Spain’s Official Development Aid and to find further support in the data provided by the same institution. The results and recommendations encompassed in the DAC’s report leave no room for doubt: the Spanish ODA writhes in agony and it may disappear before the beginning of the year 2017.
