Abstract

Social exclusion is a complex, dynamic, processual, structural and multidimensional reality that affects different spheres of the person’s life. That being the case, how can we approach it? What tools social research has to understand its intensity and extent? The present work focuses on reviewing some of the most relevant information sources to understand social inequalities in general, and social exclusion processes in particular.
