The Chilean international cooperation policy after 40 years of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action
Abstract
Since 1990, the basics and the principles of the Chilean international cooperation policy are coincident with the 1978’s BAPA objectives and recommendations. Looking forward BAPA+40, the recommendations should be actualized according to the accumulated achievements during the last 40 years, and be reflected in an updated Plan of Action for development considering the challenges raised by the accomplishment of the 2030 Agenda and a South- South Cooperation (SSC) without exclusions.
