The role of South-South China Cooperation towards Latin America and the Caribbean within the new global geopolitics
Abstract
The current importance of China in the CID raises questions based on the guidelines expressed in China’s Policy Paper on Latin America and the Caribbean 2016. In this, although the virtuous intentions of the CSS manifest themselves, there are reservations, its Plan Made in China 2025, regarding the possibility that the new geopolitical strategy made by LAC ignores the guidelines of the PABA.
