The strategic vision of the Buenos Aires Action Plan (PABA) is reaffirmed in the 2030 Agenda with a strong political force. The PABA has revitalized the narrative of development promotion as the primary objective of international cooperation. The renewal of the principles of South-South Cooperation (SSC) promotes a contemporary reflection on the purpose of the whole cooperation for development.
