Between the ideas and the facts: analysis of the national recommendations of the Buenos Aires Action Plan (PABA) in Brazil and Mexico
Abstract
The objective of this article is to reflect on the application of five normative and institutional recommendations of the BAPA 40 years after its signature, and to know if there were advances in South-South Cooperation during this period in two of the main donors in Latin America: Brazil and Mexico; and outline some proposals for the BAPA+40 Conference that will take place in 2019.
