Monitoring of South-South Cooperation (May-September 2018)
Abstract
The period under review shows that the 2030 Agenda continues to be a reference in the debates on SSC, although there is no concrete progress concerning its capacity to contribute to sustainable development beyond assertions not always adequately supported. The proximity of the Second United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation, to meet in Buenos Aires in March 2019, is a second axis that focuses the attention of Southern States, although the consensus around the issues to be debated is still not achieved.
